Quality Control

From strict selection and evaluation of subcontractors, practicable “facility, equipment and work environment management”, to the requirements of standardized operation and humanized management, we are scrupulous about every details for every step.

Raw Material Inspection

"Inspection", "Determine" and "Record" are according to purchase order and our standardization of quality.

Machinery Process & Material Inspection

Determination is implemented based on inspection standards and drawings.
External Process of surface treatment.
Suppliers and approved according to "approval criteria for supplier". Pass level is 80 Point.

Installation & Assembly

Operation Standards and Quality Control Flow Chart are standardized operation basis for process, installation and assembly.
Control chart and forwarding chart are source of recognition of “quality assurance” and innovation of product”.

Inspection

All of workstations of machinery process → body assembly (accessory assembly) →finished goods assembly have QC inspection control, assuring steady quality and providing sources of best innovative information for QA.

Endurance Test and Overall Test for Finished Goods

To assure life period and reliability of products, when products are finished or processed, QA for each work procedure have“sampling breakage test” and “full functional test”, which are ultimate declaration of “quality assurance” to customers.
Each job order and QA are recorded, and carefully retraced, identified and controlled.
